Joshua Penn, MD, FACC, RVT

Dr. Joshua Penn is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Echocardiography, and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at Brown University, completing his residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Cardiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Following his training, he returned to his native Los Angeles, and practiced cardiology for 20 years, the last 10 as Director of Cardiology for The Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation. During that time, he developed extensive expertise in disease state management, as well as information technology, EHR, and digital imaging systems. Dr. Penn has published many articles and abstracts with a focus on congestive heart failure and vascular biology.

Dr. Penn has also lectured extensively on topics such as congestive heart failure, HTN, lipids and cardiovascular risk.
